"He what?!" (Y/n) exclaims. She's currently sitting in front of her good friend, Elizabeta, who's trying desperately not to cry. Lili hugs her at her left, while Katyusha pats her shoulder comfortingly on the right, and Natalya is sitting awkwardly on the floor.
The four were having a sleepover as a celebration for Katyusha, who earned the lead role in, "My Fair Lady". However, while they were setting everything up to watch the movie, Elizabeta got a text from her boyfriend, saying that it was over, and that he found someone who was better than her. This, of course, broke her heart, and that's where the quartet is now.
Fuming, the (h/c)ette stands from her spot on the floor. "Lizzy, Jason is a jacka** to break up with you over text. You deserve someone so much better than him." Elizabeta sniffles.
"That's what everyone says, (Y/n)."
"Everyone says it because it's true! You're beautiful, smart, and you're one of the kindest people I've seen. You deserve someone who'll love you for who you are, even at your worst. They'll love your flaws, and know that they make you who you are! They'll stay up until three a.m. if they have to just to see you smiling again! They'd rather die than hurt you! You're worth so much, Jason is blind not to recognize it. Now, go show him what he's lost, and show the world that a broken heart isn't enough to take you down!"
The three girls stare at her in silence. While she's looking at Eliza determinedly on the outside, she's very embarrassed on the inside. 'Way to let out your romantic side,' she thought spitefully.
(Y/n) is known throughout her school as a passionate romantic. While some girls have a certain type of guy that they fawn over, she has a very high set of standards that most boys believe can only be reached by fictional characters. This may be true, but she doesn't care. She simply knows how she wants a guy to treat her, and she's sticking with it. This mindset has left her single all through middle school and high school, but (Y/n)'s still strong about her beliefs on how a guy should treat his girl and vice versa.
The Hungarian smiles, and hugs the (e/c)-eyed girl tightly. "Thank you, (N/n). You always know how to cheer me up~." The romantic girl returns the smile, rolling her eyes at the nickname as she wraps her arms around her friend.
"I have a lot of experience when it comes to making people feel better," she laughs. When they pull away and Elizabeta sits back down, Natalya gazes at the (h/c)ette curiously.
"You know (Y/n), you speak of how a boy should treat his girlfriend and how a girl should treat her boyfriend, and it's very good advice, yet I've never seen you in a relationship. Why is that?"
(Y/n) brought a hand up to rub the back of her neck, a blush covering her face. Great, she just had to ask that question. "I-I just...I don't know. I guess no one has ever actually liked me that way..."
"What are you talking about?" Lili asks with a pout. "You're so sweet, and pretty, too! Who wouldn't want to be with you?" The blush grows, and her gaze falls to the floor.
"Um... Everyone, I guess? No one wants to be with me." Elizabeta frowns.
"That's not true! I'll prove it!" (Y/n)'s eyes widen.
"Y-You don't have to, Liz! I'm perfectly fine being single! Besides, how are you going to do that?" Eliza gives her a knowing smile.
"Patience is a virtue, my dear (N/n)~."

The school bell lets out a shrill ring, signaling the end of class. The day is beginning the end as students rush out of every room to head towards their fifth period. A certain student slowly packs her things, not too excited about leaving her favorite class to go to her least favorite. A horrible transition, to be honest. But she can't control the school system, so she sighs as the last item is put away. Slinging on her backpack, she makes her way to the door, but bumps into someone on her way out.
"Oh, I am so sorry-," (Y/n) begins, but freezes when she sees who exactly she had ran in to. "O-Oh, my God, I really am sorry-!" A soft chuckle cut her off.
"It's alright, honest." Finding that her voice has left her, the poor girl forces down a blush and hurries out of the room.
Francis Bonnefoy. Where should we begin with the Frenchman? He has deep, blue eyes, and light blond hair that goes down to about his chin. From what the shy girl has observed (not that she watches him, of course, just a glance every now and then), he's a very passionate and loving person. One can compare him to an angel, as cliche as it sounds. Like on Valentine's Day last year, every girl, even (Y/n), received a single red rose from him to show that they are noticed and adored. He is the only boy at her school that has met her standards, which forced her to have a crush on him. While most of the girls fawn over his behavior, the (h/c)-haired girl just brushes it off with a sigh. He's only doing it to be nice. There's no chance of him ever sparing her a second glance. So when she had bumped into him, mortified isn't enough to describe the embarrassment she felt.
Trying to rush to her next class, she finds her good friend, Eliza, who has a teasing glint in her eyes. "So, what's with the blush?" Shaking her head, the highly flustered girl just mutters,
"Nothing." Her friend gasps, then grins.
"Oh my God, you have a crush on someone! Don't even bother trying to hide it, I know when someone's lying to me. Who is it?"
"... Francis. It's Francis." A squeal echos in (Y/n)'s ears.
"This is too precious! Have you talked to him at all?" Sighing, she just shook her head. Spotting the boy walking down the hall, the Hungarian girl smiles. "Fine, if you won't, then I will!" (Y/n) freezes up as the brunette brushes past her, heading straight towards her crush, only managing to cry out,
"L-Liz, don't-!" But it's too late, Eliza already introduces herself to Francis, and begins to talk with him. After a bit of chatting, she points over to her romantic friend, who had turned away from the scene. She can't help but think that the two are meant for each other. After all, both him and (Y/n) love... Love. It has to mean something! Soon enough, the (e/c)-eyed girl hears footsteps approaching her.
"(Y/n), your friend is very caring, is she not?" Crap. Slowly turning around, she keeps her eyes to the ground, unable to hold back a small blush.
"Francis, I-I am so sorry about that. I didn't know-" Another soft chuckle reaches her ears.
"Actually, I quite enjoy her company. She had only suggested an idea that I want to carry out." (Y/n) tilts her head slightly, meeting his gaze.
"I'm sorry?"
"I would like to get to know you better, (Y/n). How about we go on a date this weekend? My treat." She only gets more confused. What?
"But why me?"
"My dear, everyone deserves love, especially those who give so much to the world," the blond explained, gently taking her hand. "And you definitely give everything to those you care about, from what Elizabeta tells me." Glancing over his shoulder for a quick second, she can see Eliza flirting and laughing with Roderich, an old crush of her's. Not that it's surprising. She always had the ability to bounce back from bad moments in her life. "She also said that your words inspired her to find love again. I would like to hear you speak those kinds of words myself, if you'll let me." A shy smile graces (Y/n)'s features.
"Well Francis, I accept your offer."

The amber rays of the setting sun beat down on the ground, the sun colouring the sky with the three colours that start the rainbow; red, orange, and yellow. Dark purple and blue clouds stretch across the horizon line, coming out a little bit as well. The warmth engulfs (First Name)'s cheeks, which is turning her (Skin Tone) cheeks red and started to match the red colour in the sky, as Francis gently grabbed for her soft, small hand. The cool, spring breeze helps cool down the heat radiating off of the (Nationality) girl's cheeks, but doesn't

Arthur stood back watching you and Francis dance. Part of him couldn’t bear it. He wanted nothing more than to tear you out of Francis’ arms and carry you away. Another part of him wanted to walk away from the scene rather than stay and watch. There were moments, this being one of them, when he sincerely wished he didn’t love you. He wished he could use your friendship with Francis to dismiss his feelings. But oh, that was no good. As he watched you smiling up at Francis as you talked and danced, he knew that nothing could change the way he felt. And then as he stood watching you, he murmured to himself,
“O no; it is

You knew immediately that something was wrong when you awoke in the morning. For one thing, you didn’t have that big of a window in your bedroom. For another, you didn’t have this big of a bed. Most importantly, you didn’t normally wake up trapped under the dead weight of a snoozing Frenchman. You went rigid all over when you fully realized just where you were, and who it was lying half on top of you.
No. Way. No freaking way. There is absolutely NO WAY I would EVER be that drunk. Your only consolation was that he was still wearing boxers and his shirt, and you were wearing

I just finished it in time!! Anywho, this is a birthday present for my good friend, SharpSauce ~! Her favorite Hetalia character is France, or Francis Bonnefoy, and I thought that for her birthday, I could try writing a cute, little, fluffy story for her. I'm sorry if I suck at writing him, Rosada, I've never seen Hetalia before But Happy Birthday, Rose! I wish you the best that life has to offer~
Nik, she likes you the most, go do the disclaimer!

Aw, this is written so well! I always love stories where France isn't a giant douche. XD So cute!
